Experienced NDIS Support Worker – Complex Environment (Female Only)

About the role

We are seeking experienced NDIS Support Workers to join a specialist 24/7 team in Parramatta. The role provides intensive 2:1 support for participants with complex behavioural, psychosocial and personal care needs in a highly structured environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 2:1 intensive support, including overnight shifts, within a 24/7 model.
• Implement Behaviour Support Plans, Risk Management Plans and therapeutic interventions.
• Respond to behaviours of concern using calm, therapeutic approaches.
• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes and incident reports.
• Follow strict infection control procedures and PPE requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services or related field.
• Demonstrated experience supporting NDIS participants with complex needs.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, First Aid & CPR certificates.
• Valid driver’s licence, reliable vehicle and ability to work active overnight shifts.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
