Exercise Physiologist (Contractor, Part-Time and Full-Time)

About the role

Inspire Healthcare is a community-based organisation providing mobile services across Sydney and Melbourne to clients on the home care package, NDIS participants and private clients. It is seeking an Exercise Physiologist to deliver therapeutic interventions for people with disability and the elderly, on a contractor basis with part-time and full-time roles available.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver in-home exercise physiology services based on current evidence-based practice, within the resources and hours set out in each participant's individual plan.
• Demonstrate proficient assessment and measurement skills, including collecting client information and selecting appropriate assessment tools.
• Manage participant feedback and take corrective action so services stay responsive to consumer needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor degree in Exercise Physiology or equivalent qualification.
• Current ESSA registration.
• Experience with NDIS preferred but not necessary.
• Current First Aid certificate, driver's licence, Working with Children Check and police check.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate exercise physiology skills in a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong organisational skills.
