About the role
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to work directly with our Founder & CEO, Zac Altman. This high‑trust, hands‑on position protects the CEO’s time, closes open loops, and ensures meetings and logistics run smoothly while also managing the day‑to‑day operations of our Surry Hills office.
Key responsibilities
- Own and optimise the CEO’s calendar, protect focus time and enforce a weekly rhythm.
- Triage the CEO’s inbox, draft replies and manage follow‑ups.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including invites, logistics, prep materials and timing.
- Prepare materials, agendas and read‑aheads for investor and leadership meetings.
- Handle light personal admin that overlaps with the work day.
- Manage the Surry Hills office: snacks, drinks, cleaners, deliveries, access, supplies and vendor relationships.
- Maintain meeting rooms, shared spaces and guest experience.
- Organise team lunches, all‑hands, events and onboarding logistics.
- Provide light support for hiring scheduling and internal coordination.
Required profile
- 3+ years supporting a founder, CEO or senior executive, preferably in a startup or high‑growth environment.
- Highly organised, proactive, detail‑oriented and discreet.
- Ability to anticipate needs and act without being asked.
- Comfortable with shifting priorities and occasional urgent changes.
