Executive Assistant – Support Senior Leaders in Sydney

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised Executive Assistant to provide top‑level administrative support to senior executives at our Barangaroo office. This permanent, onsite position offers the chance to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment within a global professional services firm.

Key responsibilities

• Manage executive calendars, diaries, travel arrangements and correspondence.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences and events.
• Prepare reports, presentations and documents for executive review.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Assist with project management tasks and follow‑up on action items.
• Liaise between executives and various stakeholders.
• Perform ad‑hoc administrative duties as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant.
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
