Executive Assistant – Institutional Sales Team (12‑month contract)

About the role

This 12‑month maternity‑leave contract supports the Institutional Sales Team of a global investment manager. You will work closely with the Head of Institutional Sales and senior team members, providing high‑calibre executive assistance in a fast‑moving, high‑performance environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage executive diaries, meetings and calendars to maximise efficiency.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, itineraries and expense reporting.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, reports and other meeting materials.
• Organise external meetings, events, workshops and conferences – handling logistics, agendas, catering and vendor liaison.
• Assist with special projects and cross‑team workstreams.
• Provide general administrative support to the wider corporate team as needed.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Team Assistant in Financial Services or a comparable corporate setting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and proactive approach.
• Strong interpersonal skills for daily interaction with key stakeholders.
• Effective problem‑solving and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Intermediate Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
