ERP/CRM Test Engineer – Microsoft Dynamics 365

About the role

We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Test Engineer to lead testing activities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality ERP and CRM solutions through comprehensive functional, integration, regression, and user‑acceptance testing.

Key responsibilities

• Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing for Dynamics 365 applications.
• Create, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, and related documentation.
• Validate end‑to‑end business processes across ERP and CRM modules.
• Log, track, and verify defects using test‑management tools.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams in an Agile delivery environment.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM solutions.
• Proven ability to conduct functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross‑functional team collaboration.
