About the role
Randstad is recruiting an entry-level Trade Assistant for a day-shift position in Tonsley, near central Adelaide. The role is based in a multi-purpose warehouse / production environment and is described as an ongoing position. It suits someone with a great attitude and a willingness to learn.
Key responsibilities
- Use hand tools strongly
- Carry out assembling duties
- Operate a forklift if you hold a forklift licence (LF)
- Assist electricians with their tasks
Required profile
- A great attitude and willingness to learn
- Some hand tool knowledge; trades assistance work is an advantage
- Previous experience in assembly is an advantage
- Physically fit and able to do manual tasks
- A valid forklift licence (LF) is preferred but not essential
