Enrolled Nurse - Riverside Gardens, Nambucca Heads

About the role

Respect Riverside Gardens, an aged care home in Nambucca Heads, is looking for an Enrolled Nurse to work alongside Registered Nurses and care staff. The role supports the health, wellbeing and quality of life of residents while building meaningful relationships with them and their families. Respect is the largest provider of aged care services in Regional Australia and is a not-for-profit organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Complete resident admissions and ongoing clinical assessments.
• Contribute to individualised care plans and monitor resident wellbeing.
• Administer medications safely and maintain accurate medication records.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health and wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Work with Registered Nurses, care staff, residents and families, including handovers and care planning.
• Help create a welcoming environment where residents feel respected, valued and heard.

Required profile

• Qualified Enrolled Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
• Experience in clinical documentation and care planning.
• Experience in aged care, or interest in bringing nursing experience into aged care.
• Current National Police Certificate and NDIS Workers Screening Clearance, or the ability to obtain them.
