Engineering Operations – Enterprise Mobility

About the role

We are looking for an Engineering Operations professional to keep our enterprise mobility platforms stable, secure and reliable. You will support large‑scale Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) and Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) solutions and device enrolment programs across our Australian sites.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor UEM/EMM platforms such as Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, Ivanti Endpoint Manager and Ivanti Neurons.
• Manage device enrolment programs including Apple Automated Device Enrollment, Samsung Knox Mobile Enrollment and Android Zero Touch.
• Support ITIL‑aligned change and release governance, including impact assessments and release readiness.
• Handle high‑priority incidents, escalations and problem management, ensuring timely communication and root‑cause analysis.
• Continuously monitor platform health, drive security compliance and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors and stakeholders to deliver reliable mobility services.

Required profile

• Passion for enterprise mobility and experience with large‑scale UEM/EMM deployments.
• Strong understanding of ITIL change, incident and problem management processes.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
