Engineering Manager

About the role

Tracksuit is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead its new AI Visibility team in Sydney. You will guide a group of senior engineers as the company expands its brand sentiment analysis from human surveys to AI‑driven data sources.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of three senior engineers, fostering technical excellence and collaboration.
• Own the design, architecture, and delivery of scalable, reliable, and secure systems that integrate AI chatbot and API sentiment data.
• Partner with product managers, designers, and customers to translate business outcomes into technical solutions.
• Drive experimentation, assess multiple implementation approaches, and make data‑driven recommendations.
• Ensure operational stability of complex applications in a cloud environment.

Required profile

• Experienced technical leader with a hands‑on engineering background across multiple technologies.
• Entrepreneurial mindset focused on product outcomes and commercial impact.
• Comfortable with structured experimentation and data‑driven decision making.
• Curious, collaborative, and able to coach and develop engineering talent.
