Engineer – Roads & Highways (Pavements)

About the role

Ready to help shape the future of Sydney's transport infrastructure? As an Engineer – Roads & Highways (Pavements) you will join a respected transport team delivering pavement design solutions for major road and highway projects across New South Wales and Australia. You will contribute to planning, analysis and design of flexible, rigid and composite pavement systems while building technical expertise under experienced industry leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver pavement analysis and design solutions for transport infrastructure projects.
• Undertake pavement investigations, assessments and rehabilitation studies.
• Prepare technical reports, specifications and design documentation.
• Support project delivery in line with Austroads guidelines, TfNSW standards and Australian Standards.
• Assist with project planning, budgeting and programme management activities.
• Coordinate effectively with roads, drainage, structures and other multidisciplinary teams.

Required profile

• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Familiarity with Austroads, TfNSW and Australian engineering standards.
• Interest in developing expertise in pavement design and transport infrastructure.
