End User Computing Analyst

About the role

The End User Computing Analyst will ensure that all endpoint devices across MedHealth operate efficiently, securely, and in line with business requirements. You will be the primary point of contact for device lifecycle management, software deployment, and technical troubleshooting, delivering a seamless experience for end users.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of end‑user devices, including upgrades, patches, and replacements.
• Create and maintain standardized device images for rapid deployment.
• Deploy, update, and secure operating systems across the organisation.
• Install, update, and manage business‑critical software applications.
• Provide escalation and troubleshooting for OS, hardware, and application issues.
• Ensure all devices comply with MedHealth standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor device health, application performance, and overall endpoint health.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar end‑user computing or desktop support role.
• Customer‑focused mindset with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑growing environment.

Required skills

• Experience with Microsoft Intune for MAM and MDM.
• Proficiency using Windows Autopilot for device configuration.
• Scripting/automation skills, especially PowerShell.
• Knowledge of third‑party patching tools such as Patch My PC.
• Understanding of networking and security principles.
• Hands‑on experience with Group Policy and application whitelisting.
• Familiarity with management portals like Knox, HP Connect, and TeamViewer Console.
• Experience using ticketing systems, e.g., Fresh Service, for incident, request, and change management.
