Employment Consultant (Disability Support)

About the role

We are seeking an Employment Consultant to join our Inclusive Employment Australia program at our Armadale, WA site. In this role you will empower people with disability to secure and sustain meaningful work, helping them build confidence and achieve long‑term career goals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist participants in preparing for, finding and maintaining sustainable employment.
• Identify each individual’s strengths and match them with suitable job opportunities.
• Develop creative solutions to overcome employment barriers and arrange workplace adjustments.
• Advocate for inclusive hiring practices with employers and build partnerships with diverse organisations.
• Celebrate placement successes and provide ongoing support to ensure job retention.

Required profile

• Passionate about diversity, inclusion and the rights of people with disability.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect participants and employers.
• Solution‑oriented mindset, able to turn challenges into opportunities.
• Compassionate, empathetic and committed to making a positive impact.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, call‑centre, hospitality, consulting, business development or administration is advantageous.
