ELK Administrator

About the role

Join Accenture as an ELK Administrator and take ownership of enterprise‑scale observability and monitoring platforms built on the Elastic Stack. You will work closely with engineering, operations and platform teams to ensure reliable logging, monitoring and alerting for critical business services.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana and Beats across production and non‑production environments, ensuring stability, performance, availability and security.
• Design and implement monitoring and observability solutions that deliver actionable insights into application, infrastructure and platform health.
• Lead platform upgrades, migrations and enhancements, following best practices and minimizing disruption.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across the Elastic Stack and associated integrations, driving timely incident resolution.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to build scalable logging, alerting and reporting capabilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an ELK Administrator or Elastic Stack Engineer managing enterprise environments.
• Hands‑on experience delivering ELK implementations, upgrades or migrations in complex settings.
• Australian citizenship with an active Baseline security clearance.
