About the role
EnerMech is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join the on‑site team in Sydney. The role involves overseeing installation, maintenance and testing of a wide range of electrical and instrumentation equipment while ensuring safety and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Install, maintain, modify, test and troubleshoot analysers, transmitters, calibration equipment, condition monitoring devices, electrical motors and emergency shutdown systems.
- Manage general electrical and instrumentation work, hazardous‑area installations, industrial lighting, switchboards and substations.
- Compile and submit QA/QC documentation, including hazardous‑area checks and audits.
- Scope, prepare work packs and drive projects to final completion.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a supervisor in electrical/ instrumentation environments.
- Cert 3 in Instrumentation and Cert 3 in Electrotechnology.
- EEHA training and high‑voltage (HV) experience.
- Strong safety focus and ability to lead safe, efficient teams.
Required skills
- Certification: Cert 3 Instrumentation, Cert 3 Electrotechnology.
- EEHA training.
- High‑voltage (HV) systems experience.
- Proficiency with SAP or equivalent planning systems.
