Electrical Supervisor FIFO 8/6 Western Australia

About the role

Sodexo, Australia’s largest provider of services to the energy and resources sector, is seeking experienced Electrical Supervisors for a new project in the Pilbara region. The role operates on an 8‑days‑on, 6‑days‑off FIFO roster from Perth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and supervise a multi‑disciplinary maintenance team, ensuring safe and efficient task completion.
• Coordinate daily operations, including scheduling, resource allocation and task prioritisation.
• Conduct safety audits, toolbox talks and pre‑start meetings to maintain a strong safety culture.
• Collaborate with project managers and other supervisors to align activities with project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with mine‑site safety regulations, legislative standards and company policies.

Required profile

• Electrical Licence – A‑Grade or Contractor’s licence (training provided if not held).
• Trade Certificate – AQF Cert III in Electrotechnology or equivalent.
• Valid unrestricted C‑Class driver’s licence.
• First Aid and CPR certifications (renewed within required periods).
• Nominee status – desirable (training provided if not held).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Microsoft D365.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Experience using safety documentation tools such as SWMS, JHA, risk assessments and Take‑5 forms.
