About the role
A position exists for a 1st or 2nd year Electrical Apprentice to join a fast-paced electrical industry environment in Shepparton. The apprentice completes their Certificate III in Electrotechnology through GOTAFE Shepparton. Applicants must be reliable, hard-working and genuinely passionate about the industry.
Required profile
- Previous exposure to commercial, industrial or domestic electrical work through work experience or placement is essential.
- 2nd-year apprentices must show unit results from current TAFE schooling; a pre-app C2 electrical certificate is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel to surrounding towns and to work well as a team.
- Physically fit and enjoys practical hands-on work.
- Honest, reliable and responsible, with good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Professional attitude towards customers and clients.
- Current driver's licence and a CI (Construction Industry) card.
