Education Counsellor – International Student Services

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Education Counsellor to join our professional team in Sydney. You will guide international students through every step of their Australian study journey, from initial enquiries to university enrolment and visa application.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive information about Australian universities and institutions via phone and email.
• Design personalised study plans based on each student’s background and goals.
• Assist students in preparing documents for university and visa applications.
• Liaise with admission officers and act as the main point of contact for students.
• Participate in student activities, marketing campaigns, and data collection initiatives.
• Make outbound calls or send messages to prospective clients to generate leads.
• Support additional student services such as applications, visas, and study plans.
• Appear in company social‑media videos and other promotional content.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Familiarity with the Australian international education and immigration system.
• Excellent communication and student‑service orientation.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Sales awareness and ability to promote services.
• Preferably experience in education consulting; QEAC certification is a plus.
• Strong time‑management and multitasking abilities.
• Legal right to work in Australia.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
