About the role

Join BFS Corrimal Early Learning as an Early Childhood Trainee. This full‑time, 18‑month fixed‑term position allows you to earn while you work towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, supporting children aged 0‑5.

Key responsibilities

• Assist experienced educators in delivering age‑appropriate learning experiences.
• Provide safe, nurturing care for children across the centre.
• Participate in daily routines, including meals, play, and outdoor activities.
• Engage with families to support children’s development and wellbeing.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• No prior qualifications or experience required; must not already hold a Certificate III or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Ability to work full‑time hours and commit to an 18‑month term.
• Passion for improving outcomes for children, families, and the community.
• Commitment to safeguarding children and maintaining a safe environment.
