Early Childhood Teacher

About the role

Busy Bees, a global early learning provider with over 130 centres across Australia, is seeking a passionate, dedicated Early Childhood Teacher for its Tamworth centre (full-time). The teacher plays a key role in planning and delivering high-quality educational programs that support children's learning, development and wellbeing in a safe, engaging environment, following the Bee Curious curriculum.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Create engaging, play-based learning experiences for each child
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
• Collaborate with educators to maintain a positive, reflective team culture
• Help the service meet and exceed the National Quality Framework (NQF)
• Contribute to curriculum planning, observations and documentation

Required profile

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Current NSW teacher accreditation or registration, or ability to obtain it
• Genuine commitment to child safety and alignment with Busy Bees values
• Experience as an Early Childhood Teacher in Australia is highly regarded
• Current Working with Children Check for NSW

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
