About the role

Join Harmony Corinda as an Early Childhood Teacher and lead a studio delivering intentional, play‑based and inquiry‑driven learning experiences. You will shape high‑quality educational programs, inspire young minds and support children’s wellbeing and school readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Lead your studio with play‑based, inquiry‑driven teaching practices aligned with EYLF V2.0 and QKLG.
• Plan, document and assess learning, fostering curiosity and a strong understanding of child development.
• Build respectful relationships with children, families and the wider community.
• Collaborate with the Educational Leader and fellow educators to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
• Create engaging learning environments that inspire creativity, exploration and critical thinking.
• Support children’s transitions, school readiness and continuity of learning.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent).
• Current National Child Safety Training certificates via Geccko.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF v2.0, QKLG and contemporary pedagogy.
• Passion for intentional teaching, play‑based learning and inquiry.
• Reflective, collaborative and curious approach.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• Ability to implement EYLF V2.0 and QKLG frameworks.
