Early Childhood Teacher

About the role

Eden Academy Ellen Grove is launching a new early learning centre and seeks a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to inspire and support young learners in a safe, nurturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging Kindergarten programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Facilitate meaningful conversations and thought‑provoking activities that foster curiosity and independence.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive classroom setting with indoor and outdoor play areas.
• Build strong relationships with families and the local community.
• Collaborate with centre leadership and contribute to continuous improvement of resources.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or ACECQA‑approved equivalent.
• Current Teacher Registration and Working with Children Check.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Solid understanding of EYLF and NQS.
• Professional, warm presence with the ability to connect with families.
• Availability Monday‑Friday, five days per week.
• Two professional references, one from a childcare or education manager.
