Early Childhood Teacher

About the role

Eden Academy Redbank Plains is seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to deliver a high‑quality Kindergarten program in a bright, architecturally designed centre. You will work directly with children, families and the wider community to create a safe, inclusive learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging, EYLF‑aligned learning experiences for children.
• Foster inclusive, nurturing relationships that support each child’s independence and curiosity.
• Maintain a safe, child‑safe environment in line with the National Quality Standards.
• Collaborate with families and community partners to enhance learning outcomes.
• Document and assess children’s progress, providing thoughtful feedback to parents.

• Passionate about early education with experience in high‑quality care.
• Committed to inclusive practices where every child feels seen and supported.
• Strong focus on school readiness and fostering resilient learners.
• Professional, polished presence with a warm, approachable demeanor.
• Full Australian working rights and a current Working with Children Check.

Required skills

• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or ACECQA‑approved equivalent.
• Solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
