About the role

Eden Academy West Lakes is seeking passionate early childhood educators to join our nurturing environment. You will support children aged 0‑5 in a safe, inspiring setting that blends indoor and outdoor natural play spaces.

Required profile

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA‑recognised equivalent).
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Warm, professional presence with genuine passion for early learning.
• Confidence connecting with children, families, and the community.
• Availability Monday‑Friday across shift patterns, with flexibility for short‑notice cover.
• Two professional references, one from a manager or supervisor in childcare or education.
