Early Childhood Educator – PPT & Casual

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic early childhood educators to join our East Brisbane centre on a part‑time permanent or casual basis. You will help create a play‑rich, safe and inclusive environment where every child feels seen, heard and respected.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging, play‑based learning experiences that celebrate each child’s strengths, culture and learning needs.
• Build warm, trusting relationships with families and support them in their child’s development.
• Promote children’s rights, wellbeing and joy on a daily basis.
• Uphold and model our child and cultural safety policies, including reporting obligations.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the centre’s programmes and environment.

Required profile

• Passion for early learning, curiosity and a caring attitude.
• Certificate III, Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or currently studying).
• Commitment to child and cultural safety and understanding of reporting obligations.
• Collaborative, inclusive approach to teamwork.
