About the role

Join Eden Academy Harris Crossing as an Early Childhood Educator, providing a safe, nurturing environment for up to 130 children. You will support playful learning and build meaningful connections with children, families, and the wider community.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging, curiosity‑driving learning environments in bright, natural‑light rooms.
• Facilitate indoor and outdoor play activities that promote development and wellbeing.
• Communicate confidently with families, sharing progress and building lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive, inclusive atmosphere.
• Uphold all safety, health, and regulatory standards, including First Aid and CPR readiness.

Required profile

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA‑recognised equivalent.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Warm, professional presence with a genuine passion for early learning.
• Two professional references, one from a childcare or education supervisor.

Required skills

• Knowledge of early childhood curriculum and best practices.
• Ability to connect with children, families, and community members.
