ERM Australia is recruiting recent graduates for its 2027 Early Career Environmental Consultant intake, based in Perth. The firm is a global sustainability consultancy and offers a career path supporting both technical and consulting development. Vacancies are also open in Sydney.

Required profile

• Tertiary education in environmental science, environmental engineering or a related degree.
• Recent graduate to 2 years of experience, or someone looking for a career change.
• Australian working rights.
• Ability to commit to fieldwork programs involving site visits, field studies and collection of environmental data and samples.
• Valid driver's licence and a good driving record.

Required skills

• Effective written and verbal communication, organisational and analytical skills.
• Experience recording, inputting and managing technical data and preparing reports.
• Attention to detail, multitasking, flexibility, independence and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Understanding of or experience with data management software and databases is beneficial.
