E-Commerce Specialist – Digital Merchandising

About the role

The E‑Commerce Specialist will be at the heart of IKEA’s Digital Customer Meeting Points team, ensuring seamless merchandising and product‑range execution across web and app channels. You will translate commercial calendars into digital experiences that drive conversion and make IKEA more accessible for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Implement product‑range and merchandising plans on time, including product launches, campaigns and seasonal activities.
• Create and localise website and app content to meet market needs while keeping product information, descriptions and images accurate.
• Analyse key metrics such as conversion rates, search behaviour and add‑to‑cart performance to identify actions that improve performance.
• Update and optimise onsite search terms to enhance product discoverability and relevance.
• Design, set up and document A/B tests for web and app, track results and provide data‑driven insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in online commerce, sales or marketing with a focus on omnichannel customer journeys.
• Strong commercial acumen and data‑driven decision‑making ability.
• Proven collaboration skills and the ability to co‑create solutions with global and local teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, agile environment where precision meets creativity.
