About the role
DHL Supply Chain is seeking experienced drivers to deliver consignments to various customer sites across the Melbourne area. The role focuses on reliable, secure deliveries while providing high‑level customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver consignments to major distribution centres, shopping centres, wholesalers and businesses.
- Perform local and shuttle delivery duties as required.
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure secure, on‑time deliveries.
- Complete pre‑start vehicle checks, load restraint and vehicle securing procedures.
- Maintain accurate delivery records using a PDA and adhere to strict security requirements.
Required profile
- Current HR licence (mandatory).
- Previous experience with local deliveries in the Melbourne area.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and a "Can Do" attitude.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to provide a full driving record, undergo security clearance and pre‑employment medical.
