Driver / Dockhand – Air Freight (Afternoon Shift)

About the role

Join the Air Freight team at Team Global Express in Launceston as a reliable Driver/Dockhand. This full‑time, permanent afternoon shift role involves local deliveries, freight handling and supporting our air freight operations safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Complete local deliveries and pickups on schedule.
• Load and unload freight, preparing it for air transport.
• Operate a forklift to move pallets and cargo.
• Assist with warehouse and dock duties, including vehicle and equipment checks.
• Follow safety, aviation security and CASA requirements.
• Collaborate with a busy team to meet daily deadlines.

Required profile

• LF Forklift Licence (essential).
• MR Licence (desirable) or willingness to obtain.
• Experience in driving, warehousing or freight handling (preferred).
• Strong focus on safety and reliability.
• Positive attitude with good communication and teamwork skills.
