Draftsperson – Residential Construction

About the role
We are seeking a Draftsperson to join our collaborative design team on single‑storey residential projects across Western Australia, including new‑build estates and infill sites for retail and investor clients.
Key responsibilities
- Produce accurate drafting sets for single‑storey residential builds.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, designers and project teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
- Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes and standards.
- Support project delivery from concept through construction documentation.
Required profile
- Experience as a residential Draftsperson with a Western Australia builder.
- High attention to detail and a solutions‑focused approach.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Sound knowledge of local building codes and standards.
