About the role
KBR is looking for a Document Management Specialist to join its document management team and oversee document control processes for infrastructure services projects across Australia. The position is based in Melbourne and offers a hybrid working arrangement, combining office and remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee document control processes so that project documentation is accurate and efficient.
- Manage infrastructure services projects across Australia.
Required profile
- Ideally experience with document management systems such as Team Binder, Aconex and Documentum.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills in a project environment.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new IT systems and programs.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, detail-focused approach and ability to work independently within a team.
- Knowledge of document control standards is desirable.
- Ability to obtain AGSVA Baseline Clearance or willingness to obtain it.
