Document Controller – Expression of Interest

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking experienced Document Controllers to join its growing pipeline of civil and infrastructure projects in Western Australia. Based in the Northbridge office on a 5/2 roster, you will ensure the accuracy and accessibility of project documentation while supporting the delivery team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage document control plans and procedures across the project.
• Upload, distribute and revision‑control project documents in the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
• Issue, track and expedite document workflows and outstanding items.
• Audit document control activity and support quality spot checks.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date project records and reporting.
• Partner with project, client and supplier teams on document requirements.
• Identify and resolve process issues, recommending improvements.

Required profile

• Experience in document control on construction or infrastructure projects.
• Working knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
• Strong attention to detail in document numbering and revision control.
• Confident communication with project, client and supplier stakeholders.
• Ability to manage competing document workflows with minimal supervision.
