Distribution Centre Team Member – Hazelmere

About the role

Join a fast‑paced distribution centre in Hazelmere, WA, where you will help keep iconic beverage brands moving safely and efficiently to customers. The role is full‑time on a morning shift (5:00 am‑1:00 pm) with a rotating weekend roster, offering an active, hands‑on environment.

Key responsibilities

• Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately.
• Operate warehouse equipment and technology safely, including forklifts where licensed.
• Assist with inventory control and stock management activities.
• Support loading, unloading and pallet movement within the centre.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area.
• Collaborate with the team to meet operational and customer service targets.
• Champion safe work practices and adhere to Chain of Responsibility compliance.

Required profile

• Hold a current Forklift Licence or be willing to obtain one.
• Enjoy active, hands‑on work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to getting the job done right.
• Reliable, flexible and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a positive, can‑do attitude.
