Disability Support Worker / Enrolled Nurse (Complex Care)

About the role

Drake is hiring a Disability Support Worker / Enrolled Nurse in Woy Woy, NSW, to provide personal care and clinical support to adults with complex needs in a home setting. The role sits within a 24/7 care team and offers monthly rosters based on your availability, with a structured onboarding program, buddy shifts and paid training.

Key responsibilities

• Provide full personal care and daily living support within a 24/7 care team.
• Deliver clinical support including epilepsy management, catheter care, bowel care, CPAP care and autonomic dysreflexia management.
• Assist with safe manual handling, repositioning and transfers.
• Complete medication administration and basic household support, including meal preparation.

Required profile

• Certificate III in Individual Support (or higher) or an Enrolled Nurse qualification.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in disability or complex care.
• Current NDIS worker screening check and Working with Children check.
• NSW driver licence and right to work in Australia.

Required skills

• Manual handling and medication administration certification.
• First Aid and CPR.
