About the role
Join Cerebral Palsy Alliance as a Disability Support Practitioner and help people with disabilities live independent, meaningful lives. You will work in group homes across Western Sydney, providing person‑centred care on a variety of shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Support clients with daily living tasks, community participation and skill development.
- Empower clients to make their own choices and pursue personal goals.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to maintain a safe, respectful home environment.
Required profile
- Available for a minimum of 4 weekdays, 20+ hours per week, including morning shifts (6:00 am–10:00 am).
- Hold a current NSW Driver’s Licence (P2 minimum).
