Director, Authentication Product Management (Specialist Sales)

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Director to lead the commercialisation, management and delivery of best‑in‑class authentication products for e‑commerce transactions. The role will drive product adoption, market penetration and revenue growth across the Australasia region, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and gather industry insights to inform product strategy.
• Define and finalise authentication products in collaboration with Legal, Privacy, Franchise and Pricing teams.
• Identify unique selling propositions and develop product solutions with global, regional and market partners.
• Prioritise features and functionality required by local markets and create go‑to‑market strategies.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and internal teams to accelerate solution adoption.
• Assess product performance, identify new opportunities and contribute to long‑term strategic planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management, preferably within payments or authentication services.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate market data into actionable product plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on driving revenue and market share.
