Diploma Qualified OSHC Coordinator – Narre Warren

About the role

Junior Adventures Group is seeking Diploma‑qualified professionals to join its OSHC team as Coordinators, Assistant Coordinators or Emerging Leaders across Narre Warren and surrounding eastern suburbs. This Expression of Interest (EOI) invites experienced educators ready to step into leadership and support high‑performing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor educators, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Oversee daily service operations, ensuring compliance with ACECQA standards and child safety policies.
• Support team planning, non‑contact time allocation and administrative processes.

Required profile

• Hold or be actively working towards a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher).
• Demonstrated passion for leading, mentoring and delivering high‑quality education.
• Willingness to obtain a national police check and complete required child safety training.

Required skills

• Strong leadership and team‑building capabilities.
• Ability to manage service operations and support staff development.
