About the role

Only About Children is seeking diploma‑qualified Early Childhood Educators to join its Brisbane campuses. This full‑time position offers the chance to work in a child‑led, play‑based environment, supporting the growth and learning of children aged 0‑6.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and interact with children to ensure safety and wellbeing at all times.
• Deliver high‑quality education and care aligned with the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework.
• Implement the Grow curriculum and document learning outcomes using the OAC Connect app.
• Prepare and maintain engaging learning environments and small‑group programs.
• Contribute to Quality Improvement Plan documentation and support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
• Minimum two years full‑time experience in an early childhood setting.
• Commitment to fostering warm, responsive relationships with children and families.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and respect diverse developmental outcomes.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework.
• Experience using curriculum documentation tools (e.g., OAC Connect app).
• Ability to design and set up age‑appropriate learning environments.
