Digital Risk Manager – Consulting

About the role

We are looking for a Manager to join EY’s Digital Risk team in Brisbane. The role offers the chance to lead assessments of IT processes against leading risk and security frameworks, work with a diverse client base and develop leadership skills in an inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution of assessments of IT processes against frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, Essential Eight and ISO 38507.
• Manage consulting engagements, including design of controls to mitigate digital risk and support internal audits.
• Prepare client reports and nurture relationships to meet service expectations.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to address compliance, financial and operational risk.
• Ensure deliverables are on time and meet quality standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years delivering consulting engagements across technology subjects.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, business, accounting, IT or related discipline.
• Strong communication, report writing and business acumen.
• Leadership capability with experience developing junior staff.

Required skills

• ISO 27001, NIST, Essential Eight, ISO 38507 frameworks.
• Cyber security, artificial intelligence, information management and data governance.
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CIA, CISM, CISSP, CBCP, CIPP (preferred).
