Digital Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a high‑potential Digital Project Manager to join our Product Team. You will work closely with customers, Product and Engineering to coordinate implementations, gather business requirements and help drive adoption of the swipejobs platform.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders, supporting implementations, pilot programs and product roll‑outs.
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops and meetings to capture business requirements and identify product opportunities.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate requirements into actionable solutions.
• Coordinate onboarding, implementation projects and pilot programs to ensure successful delivery.
• Create and maintain product documentation such as user guides, release notes, training materials and implementation resources.
• Analyse customer feedback, conduct market research and competitor reviews to inform product improvements and release planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or near completion) in Business, Commerce, Economics, Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Exposure to Product Management, Business Analysis, Customer Success or Project Management through work, internships or academic projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on understanding complex business processes.
• Highly organised, adaptable and eager to learn new tools.
