About the role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive / Paid Media Executive to join our Growth Team, supporting a leading digital marketing agency in Australia. The role involves leading end‑to‑end digital campaigns, shaping strategy and delivering measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and meet targets.
• Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across multiple platforms to maximise ROI.
• Lead social media marketing, creating engaging content that grows and nurtures community interaction.
• Oversee email marketing from concept through analysis, continuously improving performance.
• Use Google Analytics and other reporting tools to monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, applying data‑driven insights.
• Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and strategic advice.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate innovative practices into campaigns.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably within an agency environment.
• Proven expertise in paid media, social media marketing and email marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced setting.
• Passion for continuous learning and applying new digital marketing trends and technologies.
• Track record of building and maintaining positive client relationships.
