Digital Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Join Today Media’s Performance Marketing team as a Digital Marketing Coordinator and kick‑start your marketing career. You will work on data‑driven campaigns for leading property developers, collaborating face‑to‑face in a fast‑paced office environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the setup, optimisation, and management of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other platforms.
• Support delivery of offline media campaigns, including print, radio and out‑of‑home.
• Monitor performance data, generate clear reports and actionable recommendations.
• Provide client updates, insights and data‑led observations.
• Help manage timelines, media bookings, campaign documentation and budgets.
• Learn to use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and internal media planning systems.

Required profile

• Curiosity, drive and a genuine interest in marketing and media – agency experience not required.
• Organised and confident managing multiple moving parts.
• Strong attention to detail and enjoyment of working with data.
• Clear communicator who works well with people.
• Proactive, comfortable asking questions and improving processes.
• Interest in digital platforms, advertising strategy and the media industry.
• Exposure to tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager or Canva is a plus.
