Digital & Graphic Designer

About the role

Arcina Ori is looking for a Digital & Graphic Designer to join its Sydney team full‑time. You will be responsible for elevating the brand’s visual identity across all customer touchpoints, from email campaigns to paid ads and website assets.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and schedule email marketing assets in Klaviyo, including campaign EDMs and automated flows.
• Create and adapt visual assets for Meta and Google Display paid advertising, ensuring correct formats and performance iteration.
• Upload and maintain website imagery, banners and video content in Shopify, keeping the site visually consistent.
• Produce Instagram Story layouts, organic social graphics and support lookbook, brand collateral and packaging design.
• Maintain an organized asset library with proper naming, sizing and export specifications.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital design or creative production, preferably within fashion, retail or premium consumer brands.
• Ability to work closely with growth and creative leadership, translating brand direction into on‑brand visual executions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere.
• Experience using Klaviyo for email design and automation.
• Familiarity with Shopify for content and asset management.
