Digital Director

About the role

As Digital Director at Nunn Media you will shape and execute digital media strategy for a diverse client portfolio, driving growth across programmatic and paid channels. You will lead a high‑performing team while championing innovation and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver forward‑thinking digital media strategies across brand and performance for multiple clients.
• Design and lead digital innovation programmes, using data‑driven insights and emerging technologies.
• Foster trusted relationships with client stakeholders, media partners and internal teams.
• Mentor and develop a manager and coordinator, helping them reach their full potential.
• Oversee campaign planning, architecture, quality control and performance tracking to ensure measurable impact.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in digital media or marketing within a fast‑paced agency environment.
• Proven record of leading teams and delivering results across biddable and non‑biddable channels.
• Passion for data‑driven decision making, creative problem solving and staying ahead of digital trends.
• Outstanding communication skills and a proactive, growth‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with DV360, Google Ads and Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with Nielsen Ad Intel, Roy Morgan and Microsoft Office.
