Digital Developer – WordPress Marketplace Platform

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Developer to own the end‑to‑end build of a large‑scale marketplace platform. This high‑impact position works closely with senior decision‑makers to translate product road‑maps into robust technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain a scalable WordPress VIP architecture.
• Build custom marketplace functionality, workflows, and Gutenberg components.
• Develop optimized plugins and ensure strong Core Web Vitals across all pages.
• Improve frontend performance and overall site speed.
• Maintain code quality, documentation standards, and version control.
• Collaborate with leadership on product direction and technical decisions.

Required profile

• 4+ years of full‑stack WordPress development experience.
• Deep expertise with the WordPress VIP platform.
• Proven ability to write clean, structured, and maintainable code.
• Advanced knowledge of performance optimisation techniques.
• Experience building custom plugins and themes.
• Strong debugging and problem‑solving skills.
• Collaborative, product‑focused mindset.
