Digital Community Coordinator

About the role

Budget Direct is looking for a Digital Community Coordinator who will act as the bridge between customers and internal teams. You will monitor conversations across social platforms, forums, reviews and other community spaces, identify recurring themes and turn those insights into actionable briefs for SEO, content and LLM teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage audience interaction on owned and external digital channels.
• Capture and respond to comments, questions and feedback on YouTube, social media, forums, reviews and FAQs.
• Translate community insights into briefs that inform SEO, keyword strategy, AI visibility and content clarity.
• Maintain a structured log of recurring questions, misconceptions and customer terminology.
• Support content distribution by writing engaging post copy and encouraging discussion.
• Provide weekly insight reports on audience queries, content gaps and brand sentiment.
• Ensure all activities comply with legal, regulatory and privacy requirements.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in community management, digital engagement or social content roles.
• Strong written communication skills with a brand‑aligned tone.
• Proven ability to spot patterns in customer questions and feedback.
