DevOps Software Engineer – Cloud & Platform Delivery

About the role

H2O.ai is looking for a skilled Software Engineer with a DevOps focus to design, implement, and optimise secure, scalable cloud environments for enterprise customers. This hands‑on position blends strong cloud fundamentals with direct customer‑facing delivery, working closely with Customer Success, Enterprise Support, and Product Engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, maintain and improve secure, scalable systems on AWS and Kubernetes.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Ansible and CloudFormation.
• Implement cloud security best practices across IAM, networking, encryption and access controls.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable software delivery.
• Automate operational processes, environment provisioning and release management.
• Implement observability frameworks including metrics, logging, monitoring and alerting.
• Manage production‑grade Kubernetes clusters and troubleshoot containerised workloads.
