DevOps Engineer – Cyber Threat Intelligence (Sydney)

About the role

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join the Cyber Threat Intelligence team in Sydney. The role focuses on developing and managing platforms that enable cyber threat detection, investigation and response, while improving reliability and automating operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage platforms supporting cyber threat detection, investigation and response.
• Improve platform reliability and automate operational processes.
• Strengthen the team’s ability to respond to security challenges.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience developing, integrating, configuring and managing platforms, including performance, capacity, availability and recovery management.
• Experience creating infrastructure‑as‑code and configuration‑management solutions such as CloudFormation, Terraform, Puppet or Ansible.
• Proven ability to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for secure and reliable platform delivery.
• Hands‑on experience administering container technologies like Docker or Kubernetes in production.
• Strong grounding in DevOps practices, incident management, root‑cause analysis, and scripting with Python, Shell or similar languages.
