Despatch Officer – Dry Creek, Adelaide

About the role

Redox is seeking a reliable Despatch Officer to join its Dry Creek team. You will support regional and interstate deliveries by coordinating transport, preparing documentation, and providing administrative assistance to internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Book and arrange transport for regional and interstate deliveries.
• Prepare consignment notes, run sheets, and track proof of deliveries.
• Organise labels and documentation for external storage contractors.
• Assist sales representatives and other staff with queries.
• Perform administrative duties such as data entry, answering phones and emails.

Required profile

• Previous experience in transport, warehouse administration, or a clerical role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident liaising with customers, transport companies and truck drivers.
• Strong ability to prioritise, follow‑up and manage time effectively.
• Computer literate with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Flexible to handle a changing workload and think on your feet.
